KEOM 88.5 FM Contest Rules

Unless otherwise stated, these rules apply to contests and giveaways conducted by KEOM 88.5 FM.

  • Eligibility: Contests are open to eligible KEOM listeners who meet the requirements announced for the specific contest. KEOM Employees, students enrolled in the KEOM student program, contest sponsors, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
  • One Prize Every 30 Days: A person may win no more than one KEOM contest or giveaway prize during any 30-day period. The 30-day period begins on the date the previous prize was won.
  • How to Enter: Each contest will have its own entry instructions, deadlines, and winner-selection method. Participants must follow the instructions announced by KEOM to be eligible.
  • Winner Verification: KEOM may verify a potential winner's eligibility before awarding a prize. If a selected winner is not eligible, including because they have won a KEOM prize within the previous 30 days, another eligible winner may be selected.
  • Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. KEOM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary.
  • Prize Claiming and Delivery: Winners will receive instructions from KEOM regarding how and when to receive or claim their prize. Depending on the contest, prizes may be mailed to the winner, made available for pickup at KEOM, or provided directly by the contest sponsor. Winners are responsible for following the instructions provided and claiming or accepting their prize within the specified time period. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Contest Changes: KEOM reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a contest when circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary. Any material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
  • Final Decisions: KEOM's decisions regarding contest administration, eligibility, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

Each contest will be conducted substantially as announced. Additional rules may apply to individual contests.
